Our client was experiencing recurring blockages due to a back-falling section of 100 mm drainage pipework. Over time, this poor gradient had created constant maintenance issues and disrupted operations. To make matters worse, the existing manhole showed clear signs of structural deterioration, posing both a safety and performance risk.

Our civil works team carried out a full replacement of the affected pipework, reinstating proper fall and flow to restore optimal drainage performance. The old manhole was removed and replaced with a durable pre-formed plastic inspection chamber — designed for longevity, reduced maintenance, and improved access.
