Pitched pipe repairs
Pitched pipes are pipes made from wood cellulose and inert coal tar pitch. Commonly used from 1950 to 1970 they were cheap and lightweight, but are prone to collapse after around 40 years. Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP)
A cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) is a trenchless rehabilitation method to repair existing drains and sewers.
